*COLD WEATHER*

Please be aware that optimal shipping temperatures for shipping live insects is between 60 and 85 degrees.

If temperatures are below 45 degrees or above 85 at the shipping or receiving zip code, heat packs or cold packs will be added to any orders containing live insects. Each temperature pack will be an additional $2 if needed. 

If shipping temperatures are below 30 degrees, orders will be held until the next acceptable shipping day.

*ANY LIVE INSECTS PURCHASED MUST BE HELD AT YOUR POST OFFICE OR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IS VOIDED* Adding any live insects to your order will automatically be marked "Hold or pickup at post office" unless we are notified at the time of order placement. Though post office holds may cause inconveniences, our biggest concern is getting your feeders to you in the best condition possible.

All orders are shipped USPS priority 2 day. Shipping is available for continental US states only (unless prohibited by law).

All orders containing live feeders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Feeder orders placed after 12PM Wednesday will ship the following Monday. (Orders containing non-perishable items only may be shipped Thursdays).

We do everything that we can to ensure your order arrives safely and alive. If you receive an order that is damaged or deceased, please notify us within 1 hour of receiving your package. We will require photos of the received shipment and packaging. IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT US WITHIN 1 HOUR OF MARKED DELIVERY, LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IS VOIDED. If you receive a dead or damaged product, please notify us by email at fullerhartbrands@gmail.com.

We do not offer refunds on incorrectly ordered sizes of feeders or products. Damaged products or incorrect products will be replaced. If unable to be replaced, a refund will be issued.
